Join Niki Januzzi & I in this outdoor Vinyasa flow Yoga practice.
This class is friendly to all levels. Your view for the practice overlooks the vineyard making for a unique and beautiful experience.
Following the yoga class, we will taste and learn about Inspire Moore’s finest wines.
We are able to practice rain or shine since we have this lovely space to hold us together. Please arrive 15 minutes early to get settled in before class begins.

Classes are non-refundable since slots are limited. If we need to cancel due to weather, we will have a make up date and make sure you are offered the practice you paid for!
Canadice Lake is a treasure. SUP Yoga is a slow flow yoga sequence on a paddle board. Balance is tested and presence demanded, but SUP Yoga is always playful.
Canadice Lake is a water reservoir for the City of Rochester. Swimming is not permitted.

Enjoy a slow flow vinyasa yoga practice beside the blooming lavender plants during peak season.
Have fun roaming Aurora's Lavender Farm and check out their farmstand or u-pick lavender. All yoga students will receive a free lavender hydrosol spray and have 10% off toward any $15 or more purchase.

Alex Fals and Hayley Dayis are local musicians with multi cultural inspirations and an eclectic fusion of instrumentation. African harps hand made in Colombia South America make rhythmic back drops for yoga and meditation. Ambient style mezo American medicine songs drape an azure curtain of tranquil reflection and dialogue.
