It is a good time to access how you have built your home. You are spending enough time in it, quarantine style, to quickly notice if it is working for you. So you can take a look at your base, your foundation of health with a guide on what works in my life, the essentials. Once the ground is cleared and we are working solidly from the ground up, we can start to fill in with what would be best one step at a time.
We are talking about our health here, our choices, and the exciting pump yourself up idea that you can change what isn’t working anytime you need. Here is a rundown of the natural immunity checklist from this household to yours. Make your home yours but make sure you acknowledge the process it takes to get there and COMMIT.
Here is my mug to stare at with my hand up and waving to say, you can hold me to it, the challenge in trying times to demand better health. How can I speak to something I don't first practice? Not that it should ever take us finding ourselves in a pandemic to initiate healthy changes to our lives, but quite literally, there is no better time than now.
I am far from the image of perfect health and sometimes I catch myself feeling inadequate because I have not accomplished or reached my destination of what my image of perfect health would be. More importantly, I have learned that the aspect of continuously learning, redefining and doing your personal best is all you can ask for. There is no end game but a demand to live a life as your finest.
When I allow for indulgence, literally the sweetness of life, but keep my most vital self as a central value, there is room for error. That is what I call balance. Sometimes, that extra coffee, a glass of wine or chocolate chip cookie was necessary at that time. There is absolutely no need to compare yourself and your health journey with anyone else. Practice grace with yourself and be willing to keep growing. Your best is all you can do.

Natural Immunity daily essentials routine:
General wellness and vitality
Healthy hair, skin, and nails
Eye, brain, nervous system
Liver function and digestive health
Lung and respiratory health
This is a great source for your daily dose of Vitamin A & D, and Omega-3’s
This is the newest supplement I have implemented into my regimen. My holistic nutritionist advised I use it to help with digestion. It has worked wonders for keeping me regular and even offering natural energy.
Make your own with this recipe I already made up for you and even look into why this is a staple in my home!
A daily probiotic is a game-changer. This will help regulate your digestion and support good gut health which in turn supports your immune system.
Add a drop or two of this oil blend with a teaspoon of coconut oil to digest the essential oil more thoroughly as well as add antiviral and antibacterial properties to your diet. The oil blend consists of the top fighters for fending off environmental threats and is antioxidant-rich with Wild Orange Peel, Clove Bud, Cinnamon Leaf, Cinnamon Bark, Eucalyptus Leaf, and Rosemary Leaf/Flower essential oils.
You can pair this oil with on guard for immune boosting support. I personally love on Copaiba for its emotional support. Copaiba can often be compared to CBD but Copaiba has benefits that can’t be achieved with CBD.
Adaptiv is your exact tool kit for coping with stressful situations and tension that arises. I can not tell you enough how much this system has calmed the chaos in my life from postpartum hormones to deep-seated feelings of fear. The oil blend is made up of Wild Orange, Lavender, Copaiba, Spearmint, Magnolia, Rosemary, Neroli, and Sweetgum.
Take On Guard oil blend and combine it with over 60% ethanol to provide you with a natural yet extremely effective sanitizing spray. I use this to spray on just about everything including hard to clean surfaces or objects! This spray kills 99.9% of the bad bacteria you encounter.
You have your immune support on the go. This is such an easily accessible form of the oil and its beneficial properties to take internally up to three times each day. If I notice that we are fighting something off in the home, my little can even swallow/pop these in her mouth with no problems.
For the kiddos:
I use the same checklist for my little but use these items to replace the daily Lifelong Vitality supplements, adult probiotic and On guard. You totally can use On Guard but be sure to dilute with a carrier oil like Fractionated Coconut Oil.
This roller blend is ready as is to roll along the bottom of the feet and along the spine once or twice a day. Rub in and you have added to your littles immune system. This blend is made from Cedarwood, Litsea, Frankincense, and Rose in a base of Fractionated Coconut Oil.
Build good gut health at a young age and help along with digestive and immune support.
And last but not least, everyone takes Vitamin C. This is one I like to focus on through diet, multi-vitamin, elderberry syrup and a supplement itself when times call for us to step up our game.
Are you settling or satisfied with your personal health? Commit to feeling stronger and more powerful for when challenges come your way, you can trust that YOU ARE READY.
